I just watched Lost in Translation--It's among the most touching movies I've ever seen. For all our wonders, we are still cold, wet monkeys holding each other through the night.

So, mom's in the hospital, and she and grandmother are trying to hook me up with a 24-year-old nurse that looks just like Grace Kelly. Sweet, lovely girl, and I have no chemistry with her whatsoever. Good little Christian girls have all the fire of a stale piece of white bread. She and I did get a good giggle out of it, however. Thanks, I'll stick with the old auburn-haired lass with a warm heart, sharp mind, and a strong streak of bad. ;)
